Detroit's The Black Dahlia Murder Starts Their World Tour//details Announced On Forthcoming Us Headlining Tour

The Black Dahlia Murder has just started their world tour which includes dates in Indonesia , Australia , and New Zealand . The band will then head back out for a tour in European with label-mates Job for a Cowboy and The Red Chord. Shortly after the band returns from their tour in Europe they will head out for a full US headlining tour in support of their new album Nocturnal. Support will come from 3 Inches of Blood, label-mates Hate Eternal, and Decrepit Birth.

CATTLE DECAPITATION on Death by Decibels tour with Vader, Malevolent Creation and more!
Revolver Magazine, Washburn Guitars, Randall Amps and Eden Amps present this year’s Death by Decibels Tour. A national tour that features some of the most revered names in metal as well as rising stars of the scene. This edition of the tour will feature the U.S. return of Vader who hail from Poland as well as established American acts such as Malevolent Creation and Cattle Decapitation as well as buzz worthy acts such as Abigail Williams, Light This City and Veil of Maya. The tour was booked by Ash Avildsen of TKO and Outerloop Management who were responsible for last summer’s successful Summer Slaughter Tour which featured Necrophagist, Decapitated and Cephalic Carnage. Speaking on the impetus behind Death By Decibels line-up, Avildsen says “We built the tour to give metal fans the best line-up value for their ticket and make sure each band brought their own sound and identity to the package.” Mike Mowery of Outerloop Management adds “We wanted it to be brutal from start to finish and we definitely hit the mark.”

Vader, who formed in 1986 are death metal legends usually mentioned in the same breath as Morbid Angel and Cannibal Corpse. They recently dropped their newest album Impressions In Blood on Regain Records. Malevolent Creation is also part of the death metal hierarchy helping to put Florida on the map as the capital of the genre starting out in 1990. They dropped their new album Doomsday X on Nuclear Blast Records this past summer. Grind-core unit Cattle Decapitation has retained a pro vegetarian message while spouting gory imagery only matched by Carcass. The band was also part of the recent summer slaughter tour, their most recent album Karma Bloody Karma was released on Metal Blade in 2006.

Taking the groove and melody of Gothenburg with the face-smashing breakdowns of the hardcore scene and topping it with the epic-flavored frostbite of black metal’s evilest hordes Abigail Williams are writing for their next full-length to be released on Candlelight Records. Tying the speed of the legendary Bay Area thrash titans alongside the extreme sound of European death metal, Light This City released their last album Facing The Thousand on Prosthetic Records in 2006. As technically proficient as they are brutal Veil Of Maya recently signed with Sumerian Records and released All Things Set Aside on Corrosive Recordings in 2006.

CELLADOR Guitarist Comments on AVIAN Guest Appearance
“I was really honored when Yan e-mailed me and asked if I’d like to play in it, because not only do I think they’re a great band, but I also have two VERY good friends in it: Jonah Weingarten (PYRAMAZE) and Lance King. On top of that, they had David Ellefson (former bass player in MEGADETH) on the first album.

We played a show together a year or so ago (CELLADOR, AVIAN, GAMMA RAY), and their set was just amazing! What a great voice Lance has!

Yan sent me a CD a couple of months ago with all of the demos so I could kinda come up with my stuff (though I’m ALL about improvising) and when I heard it I’m like, ‘Holy shit, dude, you managed to write a better record than the previous one! I’m definitely in!” Bill

Detroit’s THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER starts their world tour//details announced on forthcoming US headlining tour
The Black Dahlia Murder has just started their world tour which includes dates in Indonesia , Australia , and New Zealand . The band will then head back out for a tour in European with label-mates Job for a Cowboy and The Red Chord. Shortly after the band returns from their tour in Europe they will head out for a full US headlining tour in support of their new album Nocturnal. Support will come from 3 Inches of Blood, label-mates Hate Eternal, and Decrepit Birth.
