Suicide Silence And Hot Topic Present “the Dawn Of Destruction” Tour; New Video Footage Posted Online

SUICIDE SILENCE continues their unrelenting touring cycle this Nov. headlining the Hot Topic sponsored trek dubbed “The Dawn of Destruction” tour. Joining them on this run will be A Life Once Lost, Walls of Jericho and The Agony Scene, which kicks off on Oct. 30th. This massive North American assault features a devastating lineup from top to bottom and this fan-friendly, affordably-priced tour is easily going to be one of the most talked about packages going out this fall. The group are currently on the road with Unearth, Darkest Hour and August Burns Red and either see below or visit www.myspace.com/suicidesilence for their complete itinerary.

Mitch Lucker (vocals) further comments: “So far this Unearth tour has been fucking insane! It is such a powerful tour package and so far all of the shows have been packed. This is getting us primed and ready for our upcoming headlining tour and we certainly did our best to bring you another crushing package. We want to give the kids there fucking money’s worth and we promise nobody will leave disappointed. Thanks to everyone for buying the new disc and we look forward to see you all soon.”

If you ever wanted to see what madness takes place backstage at a SUICIDE SILENCE show then just head over to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rwzYs1I_4kk to witness the insanity.

SUICIDE SILENCE made a huge statement to the metal world as their highly acclaimed debut offering, The Cleansing, entered the Billboard Top 200 chart at #94, which marks the highest debut ever for a new Century Media artist. After being hyped by many critics and fans as the genre’s next big thing, the group are finally able to prove to everyone just how truly devastating they are with their savage, uncompromising and unrelenting new album. The Cleansing is a scathing blast of sheer aggression and intensity that is bound to send shockwaves throughout the scene.

SUICIDE SILENCE adheres to no preconceived notions and refuses to be pigeonholed into any specific genre. The juxtaposition of each member’s talents creates an explosive yet exciting result that is sure to keep the entire scene on their toes. Expect the boundaries of conventionality to be shattered in 2007 with this dynamic debut release.

“Mating old-school death metal’s basic principles with tones of today’s fashionable extreme scene, this unit unleashes a relentless assault on the senses.”
— Metal Maniacs

“The Cleansing was well worth the wait.”
— Revolver
