SUICIDE SILENCE kicked off the worldwide touring campaign for The Cleansing earlier this month with a headlining U.S. tour with Despised Icon as direct support and Winds of Plague and See You Next Tuesday occupying the opening slots. They will immediately follow up this headlining run by joining up with Unearth, Darkest Hour and August Burns Red for a month-long U.S. tour, which kicks off on Sept. 27th. See below or visit (www.myspace.com/suicidesilence) for their current tour itinerary.

The Cleansing is a scathing blast of sheer aggression and intensity that is bound to send shockwaves throughout the genre. The track, Unanswered, is already one of the most requested tracks on Sirius Satellite Radio’s “Hard Attack“channel.

SUICIDE SILENCE adheres to no preconceived notions and refuses to be pigeonholed into any specific genre. The juxtaposition of each member’s talents creates an explosive yet exciting result that is sure to keep the entire scene on their toes. Expect the boundaries of conventionality to be shattered in 2007 with this dynamic debut release.
