Bam Takes Manhattan Bam Margera Promotes Viva La Bands In Grand Style!
New Brunswick, NJ – September 7, 2007 – Steven from FUSE THE SAUCE called him America Sweetheart and DJ Whoo Kid of Sirius Radio Shade 45 called him That crazy JACKASS guy, but Bam Margera called himself just plain exhausted after his whirlwind press tour of NYC. All the activity of the 4th and 5th of September was to promote his brand new CD/DVD release, VIVA LA BANDS, VOL 2 and its accompanying tour.
In the last 48 hours Bam appeared on The Howard Stern Show (and Howard TV), Sirius Maxim Radio, Shade 45 and even more channels at the Sattelite radio network. He was also photographed by Associated Press and Film Magic, spoke to Matt Pinfield for his HD Net TV show, appeared live on FUSE The Sauce and was interviewed by Artisan News Service, Maxim.com and UGO.com. Bam also met fans at an in-store appearance at FYE – signing copies of the new record, posters and DVDs.
The VIVA LA BANDS, VOL 2 compilation hit stores on Tuesday, September 4, 2007, it features exclusive tracks, written and recorded for the CD/DVD combo from some of Bams favorite acts like THE BLOODHOUND GANG, CLUTCH, IN FLAMES, CKY and VAINS OF JENNA. Music from other faves like GWAR, DIMMU BORGIR and KILL HANNAH also appear on the killer compilation. The DVD component to this rocking release contains almost an hour of never-before-seen Bam footage – a must-have for the ‘Jackass generation!’
The ROCKSTAR ENERGY DRINK VIVA LA BANDS tour will be taking out more great bands – CRADLE OF FILTH, GWAR, CKY and VAINS OF JENNA.
