Suicide Silence Embark On Fall Tour With Unearth; Shoot New Video
As the anticipation surrounding the debut release of one of metal’s most promising new acts, SUICIDE SILENCE, continues to build leading up to their Sept. 18th release date the group has lined up an extremely busy fall touring schedule. They kick off their worldwide touring cycle for The Cleansing by joining up with Unearth, Darkest Hour and August Burns Red for a month-long U.S. trek, which kicks off on Sept. 28th. SUICIDE SILENCE shot a video for “The Price of Beauty†this past weekend with acclaimed director Matt Bass (The Esoteric, Black Dahlia Murder). Mitch Lucker (vocals) states: “All I can say is that the treatment is pretty grotesque and we filmed in some very creepy locations. This was the first budgeted music video we’d ever done and we were very detailed in our approach. We’ll be putting some behind-the-scenes footage online sometime next week so be on the lookout.
“We’re also very excited to announce that we’ll be hitting the road with Unearth, Darkest Hour and August Burns this fall. It’s going to be a great tour, so please come out and support all the bands. We hope to see you all soon.â€
