SUICIDE SILENCE Join The Golden Gods

There is little doubt in anyone’s minds that SUICIDE SILENCE are one of
the frontrunners of the new wave of American metal, a distinction that
is further validated as the band have been asked to perform at the
prestigious, first annual Epiphone Revolver Golden Gods Awards.
America’s first-ever hard rock and heavy metal music award show will
take place Tuesday, April 7th at Club Nokia in downtown Los Angeles and
also features performances by such genre titans as Killswitch Engage,
Hatebreed and All That Remains.

A limited number of tickets are on sale now. Tickets are available at

Mitch Lucker (vocals) states: “There are so many reasons we’re all
extremely excited to play the first annual Golden Gods Awards show.
We’re just finishing up our new record as we speak here in NJ with
Machine and we’re more then stoked to play these new jamz live! Playing
alongside such amazing bands is always a sick and a true honor. Also,
being one of the most extreme bands of the night is always an awesome
feeling. We might even rent some shitty tux’s so we can look all jiggy
… I mean it’s an awards show right… People get all dolled up. We are
going to get shitty and see who become Golden Gods! This is not to be
missed.”

Make no mistake that SUICIDE SILENCE are not resting on their laurels
and are about to take things up a notch with their highly anticipated
sophomore release. The group are currently working hard in the studio
with acclaimed producer Machine (Lamb of God) and this new effort, No
Time To Bleed, promises to make their debut offering seem like easy
listening.

SUICIDE SILENCE will also debut some new material on the upcoming
Carcass tour this March. The group will be direct support and deliver a
blistering 45 minute aural assault. This will lead them directly into
the massive “Music As A Weapon IV” festival headlining the second stage.
The tour also features such major acts as Disturbed and Killswitch
Engage.
